    You may as well just be a day trader or play the stock market in general. Or get into oil and gas. Anybody and everybody associated with the field of 'development' will tell you how much 2007 and several years after sucked. Those who managed to stay in the field and weather the bubble reduction (and I say reduction not burst because hey, prices are pretty much back where they were or better around here - nobody learned anything) that is, because the rest of us changed careers.
