Yeah, the 100% ban on "hi-cap" mags has been in place for about a year. People there now can't even posess the ones they owned prior to them placing a 10 rnd capacity limitation.

Some of my buddies informed me of the new one that the state senate passed that goes into affect Jan 1. Currently owned EBR's are now required to be registered to you with the state. It will then be illegal to loan one unless you are physically with the borrower while they borrow it and use it. You also will not be able to sell or transfer it to anyone within the state. The bullet button on all newly sold EBR's will be ilegal and you will be required to pop the upper in order to reload.

 

I think they are trying, Canada's immigration website crashed numerous times last night and this morning.
