    Hmm... I don't know what they owe on the house but I am sure you are aware that house values have gone to hell. So you might have a road block with that the house may not appraise for what they owe. Just something to think about before you get too attached.

    IMO find the house you want where you want and settle down for a while. It might be a great house all the way out there by DIA but if it adds to your stress and your commute it is not worth it. Since you are thinking Golden/Evergreen you might also look on Green Mountain. There are some neat older homes over there. And you have the open space of Green Mountain itself which has a great network of trails. Think yard space too for the dogs. :)

    The house is appraised well over what she owes. She wants to help me and my fiancé out, She is not in trouble with the house. I love the area it kind of where my last house was but in the bigger neighborhood. The only reason I would like toove west is because of a place I want to get a job but I will still have my Brighton fire job so I will have a commute even if move west.
