I still don't see in my truck the issues you are having. I blame your feet.

 

Blame what you will haha. There are plenty of threads... LARGE threads about the ABS issue on TW going back years.

This quote from one said thread somewhat sums it up. Although its happened at higher speeds for me.

I'm still working on my pin stripes, they started coming along nicely this last summer.

Yeah, mine is an 09 when they added all the VSC, DSC, yaw control, whatever shit. Had an incident last winter going about 25 slowing down with a light foot on the brakes and it freaked the hell out. I had to wait until I went through the intersection before it decided it was okay to give me control back.

I blame his feet too, but it's probably more due to his high heels

 

It does seem to only happen on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

 

After being a denier when this was brought up a month or so ago, I experienced it last weekend. Had to swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid rearending someone, luckily no one was coming but I was worried I would still slide into the intersection as well after avoiding the guy in front of me. 2010 TRD OR here.


Oh yeah I made it to indy but no baggage yet 30 minutes after getting off the plane, rochelle had to check one.......

 

My abs seems to be garbage in the snow, but I'm loose dirt and such it's fine

 

So... my theory holds water so far. All trucks 2009 and newer with the fancy buttons. So glad I have the 1st generation of the 2nd gens.

 

you're grasping. All ABS is terrible. You just haven't had the experience the rest have had. There is nothing special about your trucks ABS. It's the same as all ABS and one day you will suck your shorts right up the crack of your ass when it damn near kills you.

I know your opinions on ABS and your logic is sound but I prefer to think that maybe, just maybe my truck is special.
