X2. I was just thinking that sounds like the t-stat is stuck open.

 

Looks like I know what I am doing Sunday once it warms up a bit more. Thanks fellas.

 

Refill your coolant in the radiator and overflow and have your system checked for leaks. If your lucky, you have not blown a headgasket

 

The give-away is that his temperature gauge goes to normal and stays there.

 

That's what I was going to chime in with.

When my Bronco's t-stat crapped out my temp gauge was all over the place but if it stayed anywhere it was usually pinned way hot or way cold. Never in the normal range.

@CO MTN Steve solenoid box relocate is almost done. As requested here's a pic of where I placed it

 

Thanks now I need to go look under my hood, for some reason I was thinking it wouldn't work there.

 

Do I need to wire in a relay for my ARB twin compressor or does it have one built in?

it's built in, the purple wire if i recall when i wired mine up.

 

I got an orange slip of paper saying a suspicious item had been confiscated by USPS. guessing that was it.
