Boulder and Longmont are good as long as you stay on the main roads. Side streets are horrible.
Currently watching a garbage truck just spin its tires on this small incline coming out of the business across the street. I think that's where he's going to live today.

So I get home last night.... park in the driveway (which isn't very steep at all)... get out and promptly fall on my ass.

I scramble up holding on to the inside of the door and the drivers seat and the truck and I both proceed to slide down the driveway. All the way. Until the rear tires are in the gutter.

When I explained to my wife why the truck was parked over the sidewalk she said "why don't you use the parking brake"

After I got done laughing at that, I showed her 3 more times what was happening.

Ended up parking diagonally in the driveway to keep the truck there.

I should've parked in the garage last night..

But there's going to be sweet picture ops today!

Going to hit up hanging lake tomorrow on the way to Moab. Should be awesome with a fresh snowfall. I've been there maybe 4 times, never in winter.

Thankfully the driveway wasn't icy last night like the rest of the drive. Most of the corners i just slid around.

    Stuff. Also things.
    Hard to dispute that.

Badmotorfinger is one of my all-time favorite albums. Any of the Layne Staley era AIC albums are killer listening as well.

AIC is probably my favorite band overall from that era, but I think STP's Core is the most complete album. True front-to-back masterpiece.

For some odd reason I enjoy listening to reggae music as well. I have no clue but why :anonymous:

Nothing wrong with that. Some Barrington Levy never hurt anyone.

Last minute Moab area intel request.

Anyone know if there's a good spot to park a car over the weekend near Green River or the wedge, near i70? My brother is going to meet up, need to park his car somewhere.. May end up just being along a trail if nothing else.

Probably explore the wedge and if that gets old, cross over into the north side of the swell.
