    So joined the Gym as of 2/1/17....here are pro and cons of my experience thus far:

    Pro:
    • Need to pay monthly fee
    • Lost 1lbs
    • Two soccer moms lured me to attending yoga sessions
    • Haven't had soda or coffee since Feb
    • Found out what it means by downward dog
    Con:
    • I pulled a muscle or two during yoga sessions
    • Realized I am not as flexible as I used to be
    • Quit yoga day 3- now I have two soccer mom stalkers
