    I can take a look Sean when we meet up. No word on the paint delivery yet though.
    I am guessing it is the cable that drops down to hold the spare. It has loosened up a little from you craning it tight. It will swing and hit whatever metal is around. Duck under and check that cable. The end of the cable has a bent plate that holds the rim of the spare.
