Depends on how you're building it.

I would sand all pieces first. If you are using wood glue, dont seal it first since the wood glue bonds to the wood. If nailing/screwing it you could go either way i suppose, but i would seal it at the end either way.

Not really sure how i feel about my Costco size creamy peanut butter appearing to be a hybrid with chunky... More like creamy lumps.

When you assemble you can use a pin nailer to start then drill pilot holes for screws so nothing splits

you kind of need to stir that shit after it's been sitting for long periods in a large container like that. Peanuts settle, oil rises, texture is off.

Go with peanut powder and coconut oil

 

And toss in some Jelly or chocolate too.

he did say it was from costco. Perhaps it's a 55 gal drum and he's just had it long enough
