That would be cool. I've met you Brett, sold you the lights on your bumper. If I don't have my Taco and 4Runner anymore am I still invited? I do still have a 3rd gen T4R. I guess that counts?

The only worthy thing I have is an original pressing of The Rolling Stones - Their Satanic Majesties Request, with the hologram cover.

I also have my original Intellivision and Colecovision game consoles with a lot of games. Maybe those will be worth more than $5 one day.

Ooo, Disney. Those are some potential gold mines since they a) stick things in the 'vault' for decades at a time, or at least did, and b) keep permanently retiring or revising for political correctness on newer releases. We didn't really have a lot of the Disney stuff, though a friend of mine did. We did have a ton of VHS (300 or so) and I finally got my mom to get rid of them a couple of years ago. Of course, she gave them to a friend who still has them... I haven't been able to get her to dump the Star Trek VHS collection (all of them) yet though. Getting close. Then it will just be down to the Star Wars VHS tapes, which we'll be hanging on to. You want to talk about revisions making collector editions out of earlier releases...

It is, however, important to keep a little perspective. There are a lot of bullshit auctions on ebay, and nobody will ever pay that much. Case in point, when I looked to see what was so special about the 'black diamond' version, first thing I found was: http://www.snopes.com/black-diamond-collection-Disney/

Meh. An asking price is a whole lot different than a sale price. My truck is for sale for $100,000. I know plenty of people with millions of dollars worth of Beanie Babies too, just can't find the buyer...

Very true. They are, after all, selling third gens. :cookiemonster: Go ahead, knock it back 10 years and say second, I don't mind.

Well, maybe next weekend would be good since some of us have already made plans.
If we do a beer meet, I think there should be food available.
Otherwise, lunch is an option too.
Dickey's BBQ is decent for lunch. Not spectacular, but decent. Parking is excellent.

Brewery row is under heavy road construction and not all if them offer food. But something to consider.
    Odell's is a favorite.

There is another small brewpub just off Drake and college, near the tracks, that has a large outdoor patio, if I can remember the name, that might be a good choice. Then we can ogle each other's rides while we beer as parking is right up front.

.We could do one here, but need to wait for the trails to open. Maybe in May after the cleanup and runoff.
