I'm 6' (rugged, tough and handsome). The topper is 2' off the bed rails. My rafters are at 8'. Assuming I need at least another 3-4" for eye bolts, and you see the problem.

I'm actually thinking about scrapping this garage off my house and adding a 2+ car with a master suite on top.

 

If I can't figure out what this god awful smell in my house is, under specific conditions outside, then I'll probably end up burning this whole fucking house to the ground.
