Don't evaluate it too much. R22 refrigerant will truly be phased out in 2020.

Meh. I can get cold air to the vents, but there is no "OOMPH" to the cold. It kinda just sits there.

I'm wondering if I can upgrade the motor and/or the fan in the old unit in the house.

Sounds pretty similar to our yard. Previous owners didn't maintain it, current owners haven't done much with it either - like watering. The biggest thing is watering. Irrigation system or sprinklers, same process - figure out how much it's putting down so you can figure out how long you need to run it. Even if it looks like bare dirt, you'd be surprised how much grass can come back from even that. A couple of years ago we had a really wet spring, and the yard looked like it was going to make a full recovery. This year, it's not quite as bad as when we moved in, but it's a contender.

Getting a general weed and feed and applying it once or twice a year can help, but it will mostly be patience and time. While you can seed grass any time, it's a bit late in the year for best results - and you have to watch any fertilizer/weed killer application as compared to seeding. Particularly if using pre-emergents. This time of year, weeds are out and make it tough for the seed to compete. I guess where I would start is hit it with some weed&feed now, and again at the end of August-mid September. What doesn't die, keep mowed as short as you can (not the grass, the weeds - for grass, put the deck as high as you can and leave it there). Figure out what you need to do for watering and get that started (more effort without a system, but you can get hose timers). Next spring, put some seed down in the bare areas and depending on how much rain you're getting, increase your watering 25-50% over normal for the seeded areas.

Your other options are go pro or go sod. :D

    Check your filter.
Make sure the coil above the furnace didn't freeze.

Any recommendations on places to get an alignment done in either CoSprings or Pueblo? I got two new tires due to a recent puncture and now it pulls to the right on the highway moderately and feels really twitchy and not-planted when going down the road, at > 60 mph.

I'm not sure if they are accessible. I don't see any clear bolts to take off to check the evaporator coils. Or maybe I don't see them because it's not my job and I'm being an idiot about it.

they're not typically accessible without dismantling the ductwork but you can usually tell by feeling if its iced up.
Did you check the filter? A dirty filter can short cycle the heat or fail to unload the coil making it freeze.

Does anyone have an AT&T Mobley?

Apparently they are not new, but they are hard to find in stock... and the jackwagons are jacking the price up by over double online. Because $20/mo unlimited internet

Spacer doesnt do shit... IMO. Mine didn't change after I added it. I think you must put it in before it wears unevenly.
