Did you use the exhaust clamps like we talked about? or did you do something else for the RTT? We should have welded on more brackets for stuff :spy:

Details on said bike? I'm in the market as well. Finally got the itch to get back into it again after a ~7 year hiatus.

I'm at 5 years but seems much longer. I'd like to start riding again once I move home but I need to list my priorities and sort out my needs vs wants.

I need to also figure out if it's worth getting into a house yet or holding off.

Wait until after prices fix themselves.

I know people say Denver is a magical place free of housing market correction... But hold my beer. (It's coming). Not that it'll drop 50% but unless it's going to be a long term investment, now isn't the time. Although houses aren't selling nearly as quick as they have been, so you'll now have more than an hour to decide if you want to make an offer.

Since March (through May), active listings increased by over 10% while sold listings deceased by almost 8%. Add in the huge wage gap and prices that have been increasing forever. Sure, a lot of new buyers are from out of state where these prices still look cheap compared to what they are used to, but it's unsustainable and plenty of people are packing their shit and leaving.

Rent prices (contrary to what your landlord tells you when you go to renew your lease) are stagnant and dropping. Lots more rentals are staying vacant due to the high rent... Those are surely not signs of a continuing upward trend.

no, but we also weren't concerned with Expo points and how many patches we had, if you had a patch it meant you got in a bar fight and lost an eye
