I play pretty regularly. Tags on Thursday @ Johnny and Sunday @ Village Green with the Mile High Disc Golf club. Pm me if you want to throw a round sometime. I need to book a tee time at the ghost town and pick up a lost disc of Rochelles from may.

PS. Slider got used today to deflect my truck off a dodge mini van.....waiting on the report right now when I should be having a beer....

O ya absolutely agree with that stuff. Nothing drives me crazier than having to pick up other peoples trash on trails. Although I have to say, being from Seattle, I was shocked by how people drive here in rain vs. snow. I found that people seemed to slow down in rain and not in snow. In the northwest since rain is the norm that's just how you drive. When it snows, all hell breaks loose. I guess that's what the guy is saying in 6b but I just assumed it was all "natives" not just the outsiders

I was born and raised in Colorado and I was taught to respect your fellow man, nature and its beauty. I don't believe I was raised this way because I was born here, but because I have good parents who raised me on morals and ethics. I don't have a problem with people moving here, it's the type of the majority of people moving here. I do feel many "natives" have an attitude and I will fully accept that at times I do too. It's because we love this place and hate seeing the things that are changing it. Many "transplants" also bring an air of entitlement with them, maybe in different forms than us "natives". I don't think it's a native vs. transplant problem. I think it's more a society in general problem. My general feeling on anybody who wants to be here is...this is a great place! If you want to move here...great. Just show some respect and appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle Colorado has to offer, pick up after yourself and don't be an ass hat when you're out enjoying this wonderful place.

Honestly, this is probably the best explanation of the "native" attitude i've heard and I completely agree (or at least an explanation for the pride of being from here). It is easy for the people born here to blame the outsiders. I love Colorado and want this place to be treated with respect. I think I've fit in well and feel at home here because this places shares a lot of the values that I grew up with. Most of my best friends now were born here and that is because we share the same outlook on life. Respect people and respect the beauty of the world around us. Don't abuse it because with so many people here, it is way too easy for the place to get trashed. Colorado is great. Let's not let that change. Regardless of if you were born here or moved here, remember why we all fell in love with this place and lets preserve it.

I think all of us in this thread are of the same mindset, regardless if we're natives or transplants. We all enjoy the outdoors and understand it only takes one dumb ass to ruin it for the rest of us. I respect everyone on here and their diligence to do the right thing in order for everyone to enjoy what we have for generations to come.

its the fucking liberals and their "rights"

there i said it for everyone. im not political, i hate all sides equally. they all have their major downfalls. however, coming to a new environment and trying to change it to what you want, isnt right. dont try to change what doesnt want to be changed. i moved here cause crapifornia is the worst place to be in the united states (along with new york city). way too many people with way too many entitlements. i moved here because i like guns. i like offroading. i like being able to be outside of the city. i dont want this state to change, and nobody should try to change it. thats why im here. if it gets to be more like california (denver already) then i guess i will have to move somewhere else

Remember when your weird aunt came over in the early 90's and said "Chad! Look at all my stuffed little animals, they're called Beanie Babies! I'm collecting them! And I trade them! And they will be worth MILLIONS!"

Now insert patch into the same equation...

Not hating, just not my cup of tea
