So, after the alignment shop told me I needed new tie rod's I ordered those and also took a look down there...

It's fairly obvious I need new steering rack bushings as well. Is that weeping/leaking bad? Should I be concerned that my steering rack may be going bad as well?

Your bushings are trashed for sure. The weeping is not too bad as long as it's not actually leaking. How many miles on it?
If you do replace it, strongly recommend OEM unit and it's easy enough to do yourself.
Better bushings can be found here. I would replace with these even if installing a new rack.

If you get them from Wheelers, they usually come with a bag of candy.

I ordered those exact bushings, but from Amazon cuz prime will have it here this weekend, when I will do the tie rods + bushings. 199k miles, I bought it a few weeks ago, 0 maintenance records.

I saw that wheelers has it, would be shame if I had to because I've already ordered both outer and inner tie rods, plus bushings. Which already puts me ~150 in the hole that I could have put towards it...
Crossing my fingers that what I have now will take enough of the play out of it that a ship will align it.

If you plan on doing the steering rack don't get inner tie rods as the OEM one typically comes with them

I'm not *planning* to, I didn't think I would need one since the truck steers 'ok'. There is some play which i's apparently coming from the inner tie rods, according to the shop.
I just checked the slip joint in the steering column, and there is some play there too so I might get that tack welded this weekend as well.
I just wanted to get an opinion on the wet spot there. 'Is it likely I will *need* a new rack soon?'

Nah, from what I've seen on this site is once you start to hear popping that's when you know it's on the way out. But I could be wrong as I've never delved that deep into steering other than outer and inner rods

Grease up those top stems on the rear, seen many that corrode bad and you have to replace the whole body.

Not sure if you've already found a shop, Charles, but RSG is really good. They're in Lakewood.
