If you're going to trash your season, you may as well get the quarterback of the future (Lynch?) as much playing time as possible to see if he'll develop.

 

Lynch is not the Broncos future. Everyone on the staff knows that, including elway. The only problem is that he is too stubborn to admit he missed on a qb in the draft.

 

What makes you say that?
I was thinking he had real potential and just needed some experience.

 

That may well turn out to be true, but right now he is absolute garbage at reading defenses AND understanding our own offensive playbook. He lacks the basic knowledge of both sides of the ball at the pro level to effectively audible as applicable etc.

 

I was going to suggest trying McAnus at qb and let Semen kick but he finally made one.

2nd half they should do a reversal. Offense plays defense. Defense plays offense. Couldn’t be that much worse.

 

I like the out of the box thinking but I say just leave the defense on the field to play both directions. They're the only ones who seem to want to play.

 

Desperate times call for desperate measures. If only the defense would score more points we might have a chance.
