Just noticed part of the inner liner is making it's way out of the ball joint anyone have any ideas on why it would do this the joint isint really old maybe be less then a year and replaced it on the 1st year with the same issue it's the lca joint on factory length total chaos arm

Race car parts make race car noises and require race car prep/maintenance.

Call TC or ORW to order a new uniball/spherical bearing. Time to get on the yearly prep and replace plan.

 

I just find it odd that's it's just the driver side I talked to a few people over at total chaos and toytec the 1st time it happened and all say I should be getting more than a year of life out of it I'm going to call them again on Monday and see if they can help out but figured I'd try on here first.

 

X2, I replace mine yearly on the lowers, uppers hold up a little better as they are out of the elements a bit more.

 

Do you guys also get squeaking noises when turning that sound like a ball joint but dont go away even if bushings are greased and balls are oiled up it happens whenever it's like 65 or 70 degrees outside or hotter it's not the tierods either

 

Might be the wrong spot, but does anyone have a recommendation for a counter top company. Looking for granite/quartz tops in my kitchen and bathrooms. Shoot me a message if you do, thanks!

They start to make noise as they come apart. That Teflon lining that is coming out which makes room for noise.

 

Got more progress on the trailer done today
