Not hard to do in a town of 500.

And that would be awesome to have a cabin back there. I head to Big Creek via snowmobile several times in the winter trying to find lakers.

Anyone have a recommendation for (or against) an alignment shop in the Westminster/Broomfield/Arvada 'ish areas?
Just got some new tires and noticed some uneven wear on the ones I took off.
    - not stock, but not wild on my suspension. ~2.5" lift....ToyTech boss 2.5 front and rear, OME leafs, SPC UCAs - should hopefully be easy to get dialed in.

    Question about my clutch:

Original clutch has 215k on it.

For the past 4 or 5 years :anonymous: when the truck is cold, I get an awful amount of violent "hopping" in the front when I'm starting in 1st gear. Doesn't matter how much feathering of the gas pedal I do...the front end bucks like a pissed off bull that just had a branding iron pressed up against his ball bag.

Once I shift into 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th... no problems. Even when cold.

Once warmed up I typically don't have the issues mentioned above.

Is this a symptom of needing a new clutch. I'm under the impression that a clutch going out has nothing to do with whether the truck is cold or warmed up.

Thanks in advance for the advice, opinion and ridicule.

Seyfer down at 45th and Harlan is good, they do a lot of “custom” alignments for race/track/sport cars

The tech at Mountain states toyota who did my frame swap did my alignment, they re keyed my spc’s and go the alignment pretty good.

It's geocaching where the caches are all patches with different serial numbers and designs. It could be fun if it takes off and a good way to explore something you might just drive by. Doesn't seem to be taking off like the starter had hoped

Well I guess I should've asked about ecgs here first but had a rebuilt diff from them put in recently in my taco before I sold it. I actually did talk to Brian first and his price was very reasonable and I would've preferred to use him but needed the truck sold asap he was about a month out at the time. If I need gears done on my FJ I'll definitely hit him up again. Hopefully the ecgs 3rd will last the new owner, it ran great for the week that I had it.

I told you your clutch was on its way out when I drove it like 2 years ago. :boink:

Make some ribs, to be served alongside some Samuel Smiths, and I'll come down and help. :D Only need another set of hands, a transmission jack, and about two and a half feet worth of 1/2" extensions.

Sounds like the throw out bearing. Replace it, the clutch and the pilot bearing and all will be good. Also get the flywheel machined

    Thanks.

I figured if I'm going to do my clutch, I'd do everything all at once.
