I've put thousands of off-road miles on two sets of hankooks and haven't had one issue. :stirthepot:

With tire arguments, like oil, you just have to pick a side and say the rest are terrible, because no one is right...

I drive like a grandma accelerating and braking. Only hard work they got was downhill off-road and maybe recovery winching.

That's fine.. but people continue to spread crappy tire claims. I'm just throwing facts out there instead of 4th person fairy tales.

I bet the amount of failures is directly proportional to how many people run those tires. I have also noticed that tire popularity goes in waves on this forum. Hardly anyone ran Coopers when I first joined this forum. Kbro2s are way more prevalent than their predecessor. Next year something new will come out and take over. Crappy or not they're selling tires.

I think I've seen every type of tire fail. No sidewall is good enough to prevent tears if you smash it into a little rock on Morrison. :D

I might try the new Yokohama MT next just for something different.

Yeah, I bet you wanna tailgate me.

But no I'm not in the passing lane. I've always been a right-lane kind of guy.

Hey man, I was happy with my Goodyear Adventure All Terrains. Only reason why I'm running KO2s is because Jon gave me his for free. With only 3000 miles on them compared to the 25,000 miles my Goodyears had.

Those Falken actually look like a purty good tire. Only a few bucks more than the Dynapros... hmm.

consumer report listed them as a recommended buy. ebay prices (tirebuyer) best and discount tire will price match.
