I dealt with snowbird for years in AZ. It was always a Midwest plate in the fast lane, left blinker on going 10 under the speed limit.

I do quite enjoy my friends from Florida who moved here over the summer complaining on how other drivers are the reason they can’t drive well in the snow.....

So here is a few vids on my grounds on the wiring harness (continuity test) . I don’t know if all plugs need to be grounded or what but this is what I have. Three on the driver side and four on the passenger side.

Do you still have that towing harness and box thing behind the driver rear seat on the back wall of the cab?

Did the double cabs come stock with trailer wiring?

I had an aftermarket trailer light wiring go bad, and it caused all sorts of weird issues like the headlights flashing with the turn signal.

Yeah it was a control box and a whole harness that usually has problems or the 5W fuse blows and since not many know about it they chase issues till they delete that box. I didn't keep it with the cab swap. I think I still have it somewhere.

My old harness didn’t. This new harness has a towing harness connected but the plugs are not conned to anything.
