I'm all for the storm... But I need to get a perc test done before it gets too crazy. Then it can snow all it wants. Doubt it'll freeze the ground at this point.

@aero3685 yo man the container I used for storage at my brother's work in Englewood was broken into and all the dirt bike gear was stolen.. Along with a bunch of my shit, some of my old army gear, tools, etc.

Caught him on camera, he's made his way in there before which you can tell it's the same piece of shit dude, broke into one of their tow trucks, police questioned him when one of the drivers saw him around town and held him until they came but they said the video evidence isn't clear enough to identify.

Guess I'll stake out their place and deal with him myself if the police won't.

It’ll simply be a storage shed for a little while. Frost line is 10”+. I put off the concrete until the ground thaws.

I'm hoping the frost will steer clear for my foundation. It was easy digging at 12k ft least week. Sad "winter."

The soil out here is sand/clay. Seems like it froze solid in just the past week or so. No way am I gonna pour a slab on it. Hopfefully it holds off for you.
