i can't believe that hadn't come to mind at all. I'm so happy now, it's a relative win-win. Sucks short term having to Lyft/Uber everywhere but if they total it, cool, SAS. if they cover it, cool, i get my IFS fixed and keep my baby.

I have all the parts to fix fix the brakes sitting in a box at home, its just more fun to drive the turbo diesel

shit for the price you get to fix it that would cover most of the swap easily

 

But did you manage to incorporate a chainsaw in the replacement procedure?

how much do you think i should prepare myself to spend for a SAS? I don't need to go insane over the top, i'm not an extreme wheeler, but to have a decent setup and someone to do it.
