Anybody up to host/help/supervise a lift kit install this weekend? Should be pretty straight forward - TRD Pro kit on all 4 corners, BOSS Rear Springs. Saturday or Sunday works for me.

I unfortunately do not have garage space or tools because everything is in storage right now...Willing to pay a fair price for your tool usage/knowledge and provide beer!!

Yup, I would swing a v8 4runner for sure. The only ones with a v8 are the body style I dont like. before and after they are sexy.

I probably keep a closer eye on the v8 runner rumor than I do the diesel Tundra. I would lose my mind if they brought it back, but if they bring the janky ass Turd Gen motor into it, I will hang on to my 16 T4R til the frame rusts through and it falls apart on the highway

I wouldn’t mind tagging along on this. I don’t have my rear springs yet and won’t for a while, but wouldn’t mind seeing how the install goes. Curious to see the before/after in person.

Weren’t you close to the pilot truck stop? You can set the front and rear axle on the different plates and get each axle and total. They charge 12-15$ for the first weigh. Then 2-3$ every time there after. Most truck stops have cat scales

If I'm not mistaken. The truck image on the front page has a Honda emblem.

I used to work at that RV storage place, up until last summer when I started grad school. Did most of the manual labor/property maintenance for a few years.

If they're not too far from you, I'd give them a shot. Just ask nice and they'll help you out. Since it's not for registration or anything I don't even think they'll charge you anything. They can just tell you the weight over the intercom without you getting out of the truck.
