And don't forget the garage door height if you plan on keeping your RTT on the truck. Most garages will be 7' doors and that won't work with the way our trucks are configured, so plan on that. Atleast that is something you can deal with though as opposed to the depth.
My new place has the 7 footers and I have the space above to push them up and replace the doors, but I don't even want to know what that would cost. I'm pricing insulated doors for it right now and that's gonna get into around 2k most likely since I have the double and single.

Assuming you do have enough room, it wouldnt break the bank. And since you plan on insulated doors, might as well do it now..

Yeah that's where I'm leaning. I may just wait a bit longer and do it all at once.

He can run, but he can't hide... besides I put a tracker on his truck last time I saw him :ballchain:

That would be my advice. Why buy a door twice.

Yeah if I did the insulated doors now I would just leave them that way and never do the taller ones.

I joking asked my RA if he could find me a local abandoned auto shop with lift to buy...

Come on @Coop68, join the Superior Neighborhood, I think it took 2 mins Sunday to get from my place to @CharlieCafe.

Or just save the third car spot for the truck... replace the double door for now, and wait to do the third until you raise it.

This seems more cost effective too, Did I mention I will be keeping my truck in your 3rd garage bay?

we got a garage with our house. it was too short for my truck. it has a fireplace and carpet and a garage door, and looks like this minus the furniture. our front faces the south so snow has not been terrible to deal with. i have a nice spot to park the truck to work on it that is relatively level in the drive way. im happy
