Mini mod day. Got @CO Ryan new pro suspension installed. But it never fails. One seazed bolt stopped us from installing the rear leaf pack. @mountainmonkey hard at work C0FACAC6-AAFD-4FFD-B350-911477D12EE6.jpg

Yep, front passenger side. Where do you cut it? Couldn’t fit a blade between the bushing and the body.

Sawzall blade won't fit? You willll have to cut the bushing sleeve.

Or just pb blast it every day like @303tacoma said and check it after a few days. Get a box wrench on one side and pin it against the mount then a breaker bar on the other side... Jack under the breaker bar if needed.

That’s what was proscribed. We had 2 different impacts and a breaker bar on it and won’t not budge. Hopefully 2 weeks of pb blaster will cure or else it’ll it’s going under the knife :sawzall:

    Stuff and junk and things...
DGAF about the bushing? If not heat the every living fuck out of the bolt. MAP gas would be the best besides a quality Oxyacetylene torch.

Funny thing is that we were able to get the nut off, but the bolt wouldn't budge.

If it's seized inside sleeve no amount of penetrating oil will solve your issue.

Just pull out the sawsall and start cutting. :sawzall:

That sucks, same thing happened to me and right before we left for Texas (gear loaded on train) pentagon decided they didn’t need us. A few volunteered to go fly medevac with active duty.

Reserve or Guard? News to me on Reserve unit activation these days.

Haha gonna be a minute. Busy with work and with vacation next week, no way I'll get the septic in before that. Want to get that and power finished before putting in for foundation... Should be hearing from power this week.

Update: turns out I will still be on dwell time from my last deployment AND I get dwell time from active to reserves. So I will not be going unless I volunteer (again). So I'll prep the team I've taken over and get them all prepped the best I can

And to answer your question @CO MTN Steve, reserves. Same unit deployed back in 2012 AFRICOM to Djibouti
