    It's not the icons themselves. It's the people who own icons is the problem. Except for the select few like myself, @Gramps and a few others. But for the most part the people who own icons are idiots. Case in point the owner of the vehicle in question.

    So what's the lesson here? Buy proper grade u-bolts? Rear block lifts are not good off-road? Add u-bolts to your 'spare parts you bring off-road' box?

    Say this were to happen to you off-road, what would be the right thing to do here? Just trying to learn so I'm not that guy =P

    1) Check your ubolt torque several times after installing new ones. Maybe I should remind @EAF4Runner of the time he almost lost his ubolts and did the same thing.
    2) If you loose/break your ubolts - don't do what they did.

    I still think about that all the time! My u-bolts were super loose that day! Glad we caught it before the trail.
