Hey man, I have a camper and Sequoia. I would have got a tundra but the Sequoia was what worked for the wife and it fits in the garage. I think if you stick to the Sequoia ratings both tongue weight trailer weight and gross, with maybe a ten percent cushion you should be fine. We haul ass with this rig. Been all over.

Instead of the Sequoia, go for this:

You'll need somebody to go with you when you pick it up though. Make sure everything is in order... that it handles as promised; and all that jazz. I'm that somebody! I will ensure it's ready-to-go! I promise!

I like that length with the Sequoia. Are you running a weight distributing hitch?

No engine change, no chassis or suspension changes. There is no third gen Tundra, just a big bitch with a facelift.

I feel deceived! What about the 2008 and newer land cruisers or would I have the same problem with the short wheelbase? The sequoia sure does look good in promotional brochures towing a big airstream. Don't have the time or money to switch tow vehicles right now so don't know what I am going to do.
