Definitely. I loved the 22r in my 84. I drove it more often than my 05 when I had it.

What are your guys thoughts on the stock alum skid plate? Should I keep it or loose it? I seen a few tacos without it and it looks a little meaner!

You would have one hell of a 2nd Gen Tacoma with $100k in it.

Essentially it is just a double skid plate. Mine shipped without the aluminum and I ran just the black for about a year until I bought my All Pro skids. You could play around with custom paint on it if you are bored with it but in the end I recommend a set of aftermarket skids. They are stronger then even both of those combined.

Well my weekend project has shown up. Gonna try to get started today. New springs for the rear, wiring harness for the lights on the bumper (still waiting for the lights to ship), and I am going to hardwire (hide) my GPS wiring to clean up the dash a bit. I am considering fully hard wiring the GPS to the electrical system but not quite certain I want to do that yet. We will see.

i'm down...i have a video camera that claims to shoot in 720hd but i dont think the quality is quite to hd, but it's something...my rebel t1i would probably shoot better quality clips...but either way i can take photos and some vids...

on a side note, looking at the belly of that overpriced heep i got to think about my underside protection...i should have some sliders by next month and i have been thinking about getting some skids made up too, but i'm wondering what i should be focusing on for protection...

i have the arb that goes back to the plate that protects the oil pan that is factory which protects back to the y-pipe...the y-pipe is something that concerns me with it being exposed the way that it is...so
#1 has anyone re-routed their y-pipe to have it not be the first line of defense against a rock? (i'd like to keep my two back cats seems how i eliminated my front 2 with the DTLTs)

then what else under there should i be protecting? i don't plan on sliding my whole truck on some rocks, but i'd like to have some security knowing that my shit is relatively safe from the occasional rock....

The flip vidoe camera that I my cousin won (but I kept) from the Tacos at the beach doesnt work. It worked for like a day. It didnt work with regular batteries but did when I bought the rechargable battery until it died. The batteries wont recharge and the camera wont turn on. A free video camera cost me $30 and I cant use it.
