Question for the 3rd gen guys around here. What’s everyone running larger tires doing for power loss? My built up 05 on 34s seemed to be handle our elevation and hills better than my ‘18 on 32s. Is everyone regearing or using tuners or what? Seems that the 3rd to 4th gear is the main issue and I never make it to 6th is seems.... other than that the truck is awesome.

I've put 2 sets of 4.88 gears in 3rd gens running stock sized tires.......................... One was going to go up in the size

 

Yeah seems like you could run those easy with that tall ass 6th

 

I have a 2010 Ford crown vic with 78k for 3800.00

 

I need a cop car.

 

I’m sticking with 4.56 and going up to 35’s

Tacoma is gonna sit for a month. Out of CONUS for work for a month, and the wife won't drive it...not upset about that. Especially with all the hail we've been getting, she can sit safe in there out of that junk.

I'm still running stock. Have to say I really like it and the 4.88's. Someday when my WildPeaks wear out I may consider upsizing.

 

Don't know about the Pedal Commander but I can tell you the OVTune is night and day better than oem in every category.
