    End of November. :boom:

    Should probably have a snow bashing group run up Weston if there's snow then. And do a bbq or picnic wherever we make it to, preferably the top.

    17th or 18th of November, I'll be in Moab the following week.

    I have OEM 5th gen rear springs. I know they are compatible but dunno if the rate is the same.

    Does any one here knows how to tune an ASIN 22r Carburetor. I just bought a 1983 pickup and is making a whistling noise

    @thefatkid probably does, if not, I think Rocky Mountain cruisers is still open.... in CO though, I’d recommend looking in to a re swap just due to the elevation change....

    Worst come to worst, if you have time to do some reading and YOU want to learn how do tune one for the best possible outcome,

    Go to a shop like CTS in Evergreen or RMcruisers like mentioned. Dealers can't get parts for those so we can only offer whole replacements

    Fun afternoon preemptively changing the 4runner radiator to prevent some pink milkshake. Also changed back to red coolant, and swapped the oem thermostat.

    @Deathbysnusnu

    Rolling with the tundra and the camper, have you been fine with that weight since I'm guessing you are near payload? Most people say you need a huge truck for the payload which I don't think i need a 2500 or 3500 for a 4wheel camper style slide in.

    Dog, camper.
    feels fine to me. Haven't been nervous taking the corners through the canyon.
    I can feel it back there of course, but doesn't seem to hamper the performance of the truck.
    I did add a leaf to the rear, but that was before the camper was purchased.
    And I also added the coil spring overloads, which might be a big factor. Doesn't ride stiff at all though.
    Nice thing with the coils is the truck has very little side to side wobble when in the camper.

    Those 4-wheel pop ups are designed to fit the payload of the 2nd gen Tacoma's anyway, check their website, all Tacoma's with the wishy washy rear springs. They do recommend the ride rite air bags though.

    Yeah I'd either have a custom leaf pack built or aal at least and air bags if needed, which seems like it would be fine. If i did a dirt bike, it'd get put on a front hitch.
