Just wondered over myself and "customer" was posting (Negatively) to the Addicted FB so he put his own name out there if you scroll down.

Edit: When did Addicted OR move to Riverton, WY?

I wish! We shall see how it goes, looking at places to live now. Not any worse than Denver. So much for me moving to Montana to find a cheaper place to live...:annoyed:

Made me go look, almost the same as here. Hoping if you go 30 mins out maybe pricing is better?

The median home value in Bozeman is $404,500. Bozeman home values have gone up 8.4% over the past year and predicts they will rise 5.8% within the next year.

Yep, job is in Four Corners. No cheap housing there either. Looking into the Manhattan area 20mins from work. Going to live out of the camper while the family is still in Bigfork. Lease is up end of next month so might as well have them stay in bigfork, little less than 5 hours. So not a terrible drive every weekend. Hoping to find a rental sooner rather than later though.

Tell me about it. At least Montana doesn’t have the stupid Colorado laws and taxes.

The billionaires pushed out the millionaires a long time ago. lol

Enjoy the hell out of it while you are up there. Hopefully you get to see some wolves, grizzlies and some big moose....from a distance of course. Seeing any of those up close is never fun.

Just be ready for the winters. MT had been on a 20 yr doubt and mild winters. Last couple years has reminded the Hollywood stars they’re not in SoCal anymore.

Only difference is your property taxes are more than double what we pay here.

Yep, I just don't think Bozeman has any "suburbs" to show lower pricing further you go from City Center.

We moved out here to try and find land. It will be interesting to see what we can find. With that in mind I know I will have a longer commute. Shoot, my last job was less than 1/2mile from my house. Guess it’s time to make up for that.

Also the same hiring company I used has job openings for a company in Aspen. Talk about not being able to afford anything!

I realized nearly $200k in equity in my Olde Town Arvada house back in March. Probably would have gone over if I'd stuck around but I was over waiting for the G Line to open. That and 940 sq ft wasn't gonna cut it for 4 of us.

If you don’t plan on staying in CO, that’s some good earnings.

    I’m not retiring here.
