Anyone on here have OME 888s, Front OME 90021 sport shocks - (softer valving), and Dakar leafs? Would like to get a feel for this setup before changing mine.

The Corolla had a real 4wd but no low range. They also had a Camry and early Rav4 with this same configuration.

To be fair his dad's Jeep is in boxes in the garage. I helped him ratchet strap the frame to the rafters a few weeks ago.

I guess doing a frame off rebuild takes a little time when you are a married father of 3 kids? :boink:

Fabrication peeps. Going to mount a winch on the tongue of the trailer. Plan is for a small job box that it'll go in and can hold straps and such.

I'm thinking I'll mount a metal plate to the rear of that cross member and bolt the winch into the cross member and the new plate (sandwiching the bottom of the job box between winch and the plates.)

Any suggestions on thickness of plate, or actually will probably do a section of angle iron like that existing cross member.

    What hasn't been modified?
The winch cradle in my truck is 1/4” plate.
If you do angle iron you cound proably get away with 3/16”

People asking way too much for their crappy vehicles that they don’t even detail. Pisses me off.
