On Saturday my neighborhood did "Trick or Drink" You get a map of participating houses and show up to get a jello shot, beer, food, etc. There was 48 houses on the map haha, it was a blast. Ends at a house turned into a haunted house. There was police guiding traffic, a food BUS. Tons of people with coolers out boozin it up

I'm bored. Sold the Cougar in the summer so I'm project-less. I haven't done a thing to the Taco, mainly because I'm a Colorado wheelin' rookie (I was a mudder back east, these rock things are confusing to me) and I don't want to build something to do something I may not enjoy. So what do I do? Last night after a beer or ten, I decide I'm just going to get a JL Rubicon. Then I woke up this morning and priced one out. Holy crap.

My internal debate is Taco + Project vehicle, or get 1 "fun" vehicle (which has to be able to accommodate hockey goalie gear), or build the truck (to do what, I dunno). I have to admit, after selling the Cougar, it's nice that the truck lives in the garage. Bikes are an option too, although my wife tends to raise an eyebrow when I mention them. But damnit, I need something to tinker with.

Here's a fun one.

Nasty ass house where lady has 8 or so dogs that literally wait until they come INSIDE to go to the bathroom.

She complained that we were wearing masks inside and we hurt her feelings. I'd put a dryer sheet in my pocket with hopes of it helping a little. uhh, you are a nasty ferking animal. And she would say to us "it's only the puppy that has an accident once in a while", meanwhile there are wet spots all over the place, carpet wet all the time, brand new stuff ruined. People are nasty.

Whats the best place to search for home rentals? Can you negotiate rent? Or is the market so hot right now its take it or leave it.
