I would never claim "you can get more exactly control...." because english is my native language.

I do have to wonder though how many people have needed to use their winch to get themselves unstuck and had their day just absolutely ruined by the fact that it took them 2 minutes to spool up the line instead of 1 minute and 10 seconds.

I'm sure that the slower speed (and the 12,000lb rating) are due to gearing. Gearing is a good thing. Aren't you thinking about regearing your diffs?

It's just for piece of mind if I'm camping and it snows, or whatever. Maybe pull a downed tree out of the way, unstick a 2nd or 3rd gen if the need arises, etc...

Does everyone have to tighten the mounting bolts for the Toyota cargo track thing in the bed?

I thought i heard some rattling noises in the bed and realized it was the track coming loose again. Maybe it's time to loctite all of the bolts.

More likely from the 24/7 dirt roads and abuse of said tires.

I could also put the money towards a new set of 33s or 35s for my 15s and kick the wheel dilemma down the road lol

A small handful of select mods.
Put the seats down and stack them in back vertically. They will fit. :D

    Excellent Microsoft paint work.
Gx470 needs new tires now. My dad refuses to drive it across the country with the current tires. I am thinking either order a wheel and tire package or get some winter tires for the stock wheels. Wonder if anybody has ever installed winter tires in Florida.

I need to figure out what type of bear spray that was. If it can send 24 people to the hospital it must work. Oh that’s right this is America. I got a scratch I need to go to the hospital.

    Stuff and junk and things...
Don't overthink it, go with what works on the vehicle you want. The extra 1/2" of sidewall you ride on will make zero differance when aired down. If your grinding your wheels in rocks that much it's time to learn tire placement, or run bigger tires.

At my very 1st day of my very 1st unit in Alaska we were doing inventories and someone slammed a box down with bear mace in it that punctured. Smoked out the entire warehouse we were in. I swear it was worse than the gas chamber haha. It was in there for days, walk back in and kick it all up.

Yup... That spray sticks around. Just like the first shower after you get sprayed. Lean far forward to avoid a painful reminder.
