Just a heads up, the DT certificates don't cover all of the same things that they would have if you bought the tires from Discount. I just went through that with my KM2s that had certificates.

My understanding is that the mileage warranty pro-rating and any issues that would have been refundable (tire defect etc) do not apply. That's what they told me anyways

I was having balance issues with the KM2s and they told me they could not prorate them at all since I bought them somewhere else even though DT sold em certificates

 

I didn't choose it..but the food was good.

It's clearly one of those new places where the civil engineer and city planner need to be introduced to the real world...not just making pretty drawings on a computer.

I was early (didn't want to get stuck if 285 got shut down due to the white out conditions) and circled the area to end up parking on the road in a tiny spot. I watched 98% of the people not use the fancy expensive cross walk, people stopping in the road, doing illegal turns, circling the area like me trying to figure out wtf was going on. Including a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road. The 7ft parking garage looked pretty useless for anything with a roof rack so i didn't attempt.

And i forgot my skinny jeans so i didn't fit in well although maybe my #expocrocs made up for it.

 

Sounds about right, I bet driving a full size truck around there was fun huh

 

I was pretty worried about parking on the street...rubbed tires along the curb to make sure i was over as far as possible.

I'm all for making places walker friendly...but the rest of the world that doesn't live a block away needs a place to get out on foot.

This area looked like a textbook example of what not to do on every level.

 

If worse comes to worse hopefully I can get Walmart to prorate them under the manufacture warranty if anything happens.

removed 65' of steel cable and replaced it with 95' of synthetic.
Wanted to make sure that
A: the winch actually worked before the 30 day store warranty expired.
and
B: the winch actually worked before the 30 day store warranty expired.

It's a full spool for sure, but hasn't been stretched or wound more than hand tight.
