I haven’t looked into ome. Looking into them now. How long will these last? I put about 7k miles a year on my truck.

I’ll have to look more into the bp51. Didn’t realize they had adjusters until now. Thanks brotha!

Lost your original post, but what do you have now and what's the issues with them that you want more of? More travel, better for washboards, air time...

You know it! Hawaii tunes were real annoying real quick. I had a few framing nails shot at me, so it got changed asap.

The Celtic stuff is fun though! Not many songs on the playlist i found.

You hit it right on the head besides the air time part, I’m too old for that shit! I’m not planning on doing any hardcore off-roading but I like taking my truck to the mountains and exploring. I have 5100’s all around with eibach pro lift coils and SPC uca’s. Nothing wrong with what I have, just looking for something that will be the bees knees for when I hit the trails.

Better save that shit in case it's time to lawyer up.

I'd be down for a mod day in the spring. I've done all the maintenance work on my truck and installed the OME suspension by myself - including lying on my back underneath the truck and holding up the leaf packs with my feet and hands to install the bolts to the truck...

It's pretty easy. If you know how to use tools properly and not strip bolts and nuts or round off the heads it's kind of like legos. (Until you add rust to the equation).

I wish I had the money when I initially did my suspension to go with a proper coilover / mid-travel setup BUT for the 40k I have been driving my truck, the standard OME suspension with Dakar leaf springs has been great for me. That includes mostly highway but also going 60+ on washboard in Death Valley and mild wheeling. Unless you understand the benefits and do it right with selecting better, you really can't go wrong with the OME Nitro suspension setup.
