Well for me my passenger side drum was toast by 40k. And it's just one cheap thing that easy to poke fun at since you can't find them on any other modern vehicle in the price range or supposed quality range.

But, I apparently did a lot of mudding and overweight towing, etc that ruined the one side prematurely.

Kinda like I was also the cause of the rear main seal leak by 25k miles when the dealer was the only one to touch fluids and needle bearing being pressed too far in from the factory.

But the main reason is it gets the "Tacomas are God's gift to the earth" people all riled up.

 

Anyone know the trail condition of slaughter house this time of year?

Yep, this is an annual closure. I don't expect it would open early this year given the snow we've had.

I just put the wound on the headers after running the engine for about 10 minutes. During those 10 minutes, I apply firm and direct pressure.
