Got lucky! Wife called asking me to
pick her up at the B line and drop her off at the G line so she could get her car. Maybe 15 seconds before we got to olde town that shit started coming down. Parked in the garage until it passed.

Traffic in the Springs seems to have more dipshits than normal lately.. Last week I watched some guy going to get on I-25 totally miss the onramp, jump the curb and take out a Yield sign. Then there was a guy that managed to get his truck and travel trailer turned northbound in the southbound lane on the I and hose traffic for several hours. And 2 days ago some fucknut "merged" into my truck on the way home. Right lane was ending so I let a guy in, and this fucker in a caddy figured he could speed up and get in too. I held my position and "crunch"!! He got in behind me but when I pulled over he drove right on by. I couldn't get back in traffic and he was gone. Contact was pretty light, the crunch was his mirror breaking and hanging on his door. Turned out all I had was a black mark down the side of my fender.. I fucking hate people.

Ping pong ball size at the house. I was at the gym on the north side of FoCo and it sounded bad inside. It was dark and raining when I left. I guess I’ll find out in the morning. :fingerscrossed:

I have a couple questions for yall. My wife and I drove the RimRocker trail over the 3/4/5th. We did, what we found out later, was the spring creek truck trail variation -aka FSR668. That trail scared the hell out of me. It looked like it had burned about a year ago, and I question if it was actually open as it was very overgrown, had substantial erosion, and was missing the sign (we found it via gps). Needless to say my Taco is missing some paint, an antenna, and one of my roof rack rails is missing an end cap. The rest of the trip was incredible. I am definitely sold on overlanding. Does anyone have information on this trail? Is this something that is routinely driven? Whats the "difficultly"?

I've only done it on a moto, and that was 2 years ago. My understanding at the time was that it was for motos and <50" atvs. There were no signs at the time, we stayed in Naturita and got our trail info from some locals. We were "semi-local"

Anyone recommend any tree removal services in Lakewood? Mainly just looking for branch removal. I have a rather large pile that needs to disappear.
