So, worth the cost? Seriously considering making the investment.

I would say it is probably the best bang for your buck performance and driveability wise. The lower gears have totally come alive. I havent driven it on the interstate yet, and wont for a while, but I can say that for the first time in well over a year I can put the truck in D as opposed to S4. I think my transmission had forgotten that it had any overdrive gears.

Yep. Im pumped. My work is 14 miles one way so that will be several heating and cooling cycles. A couple weeks of that and a few short weekend trips mixed in and I think I can knock out the 500 miles safely, efficiently and quickly. I cant wait to feel how it it after they are good to give hell on!

And in the midst of this break in period I hear people are wanting to make a Moab run :annoyed:

Maybe we could modify a Toyota 3rd member to accept a Rockwelll 3rd member and make one that is bullet proof!

    Dog, camper.
Went camping over the weekend. Even at noon on Friday, every site, and even places that weren't campsites, were full. All day Saturday, watched the late arrival campers prowling the roads, looking for a wide spot.
I hear the blue ridge mtn's are nice. And affordable as well. Some of these transplants should go there.

I'm always surprised how far someone will take a crosstrek or a suburban.

Honestly now I just try to camp as remote as possible or try to do weekdays.

I took the fam (mother in law is visiting) to RMNP this weekend. I don't know if I was supposed to people watch or nature watch. Eventually, just ignored the people as best as we could.

Those old wheels look good on your rig! Did you paint up the rings?

You just need to go further away from the front range.
