    I know a lot has gone wrong here for you and you are trying to put out a fire here. But one word of advice. Don't ever use "it was the end of the day and we were tired and grumpy from a long day at work" as an excuse for something going to shit. There are individuals here that work 80+ hour weeks and still do their fucking jobs without a complaint (ok maybe a few complaints), but without letting everything go to hell. Absolutely not an excuse.

    After receiving the email that i posted here, i was less polite in my reply and upon realizing how imbecilic he is for miss reading the law and proving my own point for me, he got defensive and i suppose he googled my name and found my uncle, a real estate lawyer in north carolina. He thought that my uncle (who i havent spoken too in 5+ years) was my dad, and he condescendingly referred to my "daddy" as my lawyer and said "i bet your daddy gets you out of alot of things like this".

    Seriously cant make this shit up. Then i mentioned how my ACTUAL attorney is contacting the DA and DA investigator on calmini's current lawsuit, and not surprisingly havent heard a word back from the guy.
    Bullies gonna bully till they butt heads with a bigger bull.
