This relates to Pike & San ISabel NF MUVM review, not sure why they are not for Alternative A (No Change to Trail/ route system).
And people wondered about our "over" re-action earlier this year to posts about Halfmoon trail bypass/ going around gates pictures. Guess what NF this trail falls in and listed in this review.

Nice job, I've been meaning to do the same to my truck. What thickness of plywood did you use? And how hard is it to pull the drawers?

I was coming down on top of the world and had to pull off and wait for 75+ jeeps to pass as they were going up. I am just glad i beat them up. They were amazing a tacoma on 33s could make it to the top.

I used 9/16" plywood for rigidity. I put a few 1x2" strips of PVC underneath the drawers so it would not be wood sliding on wood. They are actually pretty easy considering there are no bearings involved. Left 1/4" on either side of each drawer so it wouldnt bind up too bad. All in all I am pleased with how it turned out. The top plates are in there TIGHT. We were barely able to get them at all but after taking the camper shell off and offering a little motivation to the boards, they are in. I am not sure if you can see it but we cut a hole and routered a plate to fill in the rear corners so I can still get to them and the bed bolts if needed. The front part I extended the drawer face to the side of the bed to cover that area. Ill take some more pics in a bit that will make the end make more sense.

I don't know if it's unique to jeeps or just a common 4wd mindset that you have to have X lift and tires to do a lot of those trails. I know, I know, they definitely are a requirement for some, but not all.

I went up TOTW on 31s and we also got a stock JLU up with no damage :notsure:

We got my roommates stock DCLB long bed up TOTW. I did require him to have skids and sliders but with just those and absolutely 0 experience driving off road, we got him up there.
