Despite the fact I had to work today, it was a beautiful December colorful Colorado day. Stopped just outside the house on the way to work this morning and took this pic. Great colors at sunset too, but I was walking the pooch and didn’t have my phone.
Another reason why it would be quite difficult to be happy living somewhere else

 

Can my 2014 4x4 Tacoma with the 6spd manual be towed behind a moving truck with the front 2 on a dolly with the trans in neutral or should I really get a car carrier to get all 4 wheels off the ground?

James is in charge of that particular hut. He used to bartend here in FoCo. Now he's manager. He's known for "best hair on Colfax".
Corporate made tshirts with his picture on it and all the interesting things he's been known to say.
James has been known to get wasted and dance on the bar top. While he's working.

I don't remember who was dancing that night. Guy in the background in the light blue shirt under the IPA sign, with camera, that's Dave. He owns both Huts in Fort Collins.

The dude at the end of the bar in the black shirt holding his drink high, that's Scott. He
Started the Cheba franchise. Always stopping in randomly, often hands out $5 bills to the bar patrons, and occasionally "vape" pens.

 

Women comes home and walks into her kitchen.
Her husband is standing there with a fly swatter.
She asks, "what are you doing honey?"
He replies, "chasing flies"

 

She asks, "did you kill any?"
He replies, "yep, 3 males and two females"
Curious, she asks, "how do you know the sex of the flies?"

 

He replied, "3 were on a beer can and two were on the phone."

Did some mall crawling at the gym after work today. I know it's not safe to wheel alone, especially with so much snow on the ground, but it was a pretty short ride. I think the trail damage rating is a 6 or 7.

I'll start. I like the crock pot. Load that baby up in the early am, get home from work, house smells delicious and meat is falling off the bone.
Instapot seems like a right now millennial thing. Did they not used to be called pressure cookers?

 

Totally agree with this ^
slow and low that is the tempo...and gets that flavor all up in those tender meat fibers

 

I remember mom using the pressure cooker to quick cook potatoes so mashed potatoes could be made in a reasonable time period.
I don't think she ever used it for anything else.
