On my list of things to do too...but it's not very high up. When I do it, I'm going to sound deaden the hell out of the floor so I don't hear all the noises.

If you're looking for information and a materials list on sound deadening, this was a really useful website. He doesn't have 3rd gen details but I imagine it's pretty close to the 2nds. The owner of the site has retired and will be taking the site down in February so I'd grab whatever information you want off there pronto.

I don't know why everyone doesn't just send their bodies to the bottom of a lake or ocean with some good rope and cinder blocks

 

With so many oceans around here it’s hard to choose which one to dump it in.
