    That's hagerman pass area I'd bet. Not at all surprised this time of year. It's a fun trail once it thaws. Sylvan lake state park has nice fishing opportunities in ponds and streams between there and basalt

    Most likely am issue with lack of proper compaction at the corners of the garage. Over time is will probably start to heave

    Not denying poor techniques from contractors is prevelant, but all concrete cracks. It’s just a fact of life. Hence, saw cutting.

    Agreed "almost" all concrete cracks but that is what the control joint is for and his crack is in a place that is a notorious indication of what I stated on new construction. Corners of the garage being backfilled and not compacted properly.

    It is something that should be watched closely over the next 12 months if the builder absolutely says no
