You could still send it. I've been known to tow worse. Tow rating is not something DOT considers when writing tickets. Make sure your GVWR and GAWR are under and you're good.

 

I checked out the weight of the Lexus a couple of weeks back and it was 5880 with my fat butt and 3 year old daughter in the back. I don’t know if the scale was off or what. I didn’t think bumper, winch, sliders and bigger wheels/tires made that much of a difference. GVWR is only 6,200lbs on this thing. GCWR is 12,800lbs. I can get the GCWR under but GVWR will be over by a little. I am tempted to send it but with my luck it will blow up first mountain pass.

 

Looking for a plumber to replace three(3) separate valves.

1. shower valve is very stiff(hard water residual) but is behind tile. The access hole is maybe the size of an orange. Might need to pull and then fix the tile(?)

2. Shut off valve for the sprinklers. Same issue and it slightly leaks. Access is easy and at chest height.

3. Hose bib is leaking ever so slightly but needs replacing/fixed.

Looking for quality first but hoping for a fair price. A hand job is NOT out of the question depending on the plumber’s girth.

 

You do have small hands. maybe if you used both it wouldn't matter so much

You’ve got the length but it is pencil thin. Not very satisfying.

 

Shower valve, you'll either have to cut tile or the wall behind it to replace. Lots of times it's easier to do the drywall behind it and patch. What's on the opposite wall?
You also may be able to replace just the cartridge of the mixing valve and solve your issues without any wall damage. What make is the shower valve?
Sprinkler is probably really easy. Gate valve or ball valve? Replace with ball valve.
Hose bib is leaking in the house or from the spigot? If it's the later, you can pull the stem and replace it, or just the rubber washer on the end of it.

Edit: girth for days.... Think tuna can.

 

Is the basement so a cement foundation wall on the other side. Think it's a Moen. Ball valve and have one ready for install. Bib is leaking at the spigot. Like it can't close quite enough and dribbles ever so slightly.

 

Moen cartridge replacement is easy. Woodford hose bib? That's easy too. Ball valve just requires soldering. Easy if you know how, hard if you don't.
