Are you talking to me? I cant make a video right now, but its a standard dual battery set up with the ML ACR in between the two. The solar panel goes to the charge controller then to the auxiliary battery. The fridge is plugged directly into the charge controller.

The charge controller is the Victron MPPT 75/15

I'll take a look at the manual for the charge controller at lunch and see if I can figure out anything.

What voltage is the controller getting from the panel?

the relay Shound be disconnecting if either side voltages drops.

    What batteries?

I think it is improving. The charger has been on it now for 4 hours. The app finally recognized the controller and the voltage from the app matched what I was getting from the meter. I had disconnected the solar panel at the cables during charge since I couldnt turn it off on the app. The app did 2 firmware updates. Hopefully, things are on the right path.

Still doesnt answer why the relay switch was blinking unless that was a voltage thing too.

The curious thing, if the app knew it needed a firmware update, why didnt it do it? And how did it know know to stop working anyway???

So the relay was blinking saying a voltage limit hit and turned off.

so either the solar controller had an error or Fuse, or somthing. Lol

Part of me hopes it was the firmware update that caused the issue. The other part of me says why the hell would a firmware update not having been done stop charging anyway. Either way, I am going to let it finish charging (Im 8 hours in) and then hook everything back up.

Thanks for digging that up. Makes me feel much better about the relay switch anyway.

Well this morning the fridge was off again and the aux battery was at 9.7 volts. I wasnt able to let the charging "finish" yesterday. After 9.5 hours, it was time to go home. Looks like it may be time for a warranty swap. 1 year in to an Odyssey AGM is not going to cut it.
