    There's a 2006 tundra (V8) on my street that looks quite abused on the outside... maybe it would be better served if it donated itself to the cause...

    Is BLM land open for camping? there is a ton of BLM land north of 70 that spans most of the grand valley

    People bitch about the ball joints and unit bearings but they aren't unreliable, just different from the old shit. They are wear items but I've never heard of either failing catastrophically :notsure:



    You can even get the unit bearings drilled in 6x5.5 if you like

    We tried camping out by Granby last weekend but a park ranger said the sites were closed but the BLM by Kremmling was open and to try there. Found a spot on BLM and had no issues.

    I don't know off the top of my head but if it were me, I'd take some dies from my ~$15 harbor freight tap and die kit and see which one fit.
