Thought I’d share the link to the Silverton PDF about camping @ Molas. I received this since I have a reservation.

    http://www.molaslake.com/MLC_Guidelines_FOR DISTRIBUTION.pdf

The place is booked solid all summer, not sure how much social distancing will go on. Out of all the campsites I have reserved this summer, this was the only 1 that sent something about Covid. No fires either

the standard model for removing pet hair should be fine as it will leave the dirt behind.

I have a cheaper model Eufy robot vacuum and it picks up a disgusting amount of dog hair and dirt

I have my Deebot (roomba knock off) run just before I'd come home. Call me crazy but I love seeing the vacuum lines on a carpet. It's good for surface dirt and dog hair but still did a weekly clean with the regular vacuum.

Alright, I have a 11~ year old gas water heater right next to an unused 240v dryer outlet. My buddy bought a house with a brand new top end electric heater but is ditching it for an instant one and said I can have it.

How much of a PITA will it be to install, given that I already have 240v present?

it's be just like replacing the gas one except you'll plug the new one in.
Is it the same height? The plumbing portion is more of an issue if your pipes come out of the wall just above the heater and limit your height.

But this flexy shit makes it super easy. My new one was 2" taller, and I can't remember why now, but this was the only way to make it work for the current homeowner.
Although it looks like a qualified plumber could have done a nicer job in copper.

Our roomba always did a good job with the pet hair. its about 7 years old now and has started leaving little clumps of hair everywhere instead of sucking it up. So it may be time for a new one. I will be paying extra for the newer ones that actually map your house and run a pattern instead of just bouncing around.

I just checked, no soap, water only. Completely useless. Free to a good home. Perfect for removing footprints on hardwood floors, as long as you don't let it sit on said hardwood floor for too long as it may cause warping and grain separation.

You will laugh you even asked this after you finish the install.

No CO2 leak to even worry about, like Brett said the only issue is if it doesn't fit in the space.

Yes, we've been under stage 1 fire restrictions fo a couple of weeks now and I don't expect that to improve before Fall. All the local towns have cancelled July 4th fireworks and there are no fires or charcoal use in USFS campgrounds.

Picayune and Placer Gulch roads plowed open today. Icy and slushy conditions reported in San Juan County.
