    Set the ring gear mount this afternoon.
    The jig I used to keep the mount flat.




    I used a pen to draw a nice circle while it was mounted to the axle so i had something to line the gear up with in the hopes that it might run round.


    support bearing for the ring gear.


    that shit actually worked. :burp:


    brake drum mounted up.

    the damn thing actually spins true. :burp:


    that's a bit close to the wheel.




    2" of lift and a bit forward and it clears nicely.




    I think I'll go with the bigger floor pan, it'll hold a sixer nicely.
    The motor mount gets welded up tomorrow, and something to make the throttle work.
    If had the brake band, might have actually been able to drive it...:rolleyes:
