    Responsible for the programming development and maintenance of all Store Ops Technologies and Intranet builds. Takes business requirements and performs research in order to administer changes and/or updates.

    Job Responsibilities

    Serves as an active participant in the development of basic analysis, identification of concerns, and the validation of observations and risks that lead to solutions for complex issues.
    Presents recommendations to moderately complex challenges or business needs.
    Assesses situations and supports decisions by researching, validating and organizing a variety of defined and undefined observations or issues in a fact-based detail-oriented manner.
    Tends to take action that is consistent with available facts and documented processes, guidelines, and practices.
    May provide recommendations on escalated issues.
    Coordinates work based on established and understood procedural expectations.
    Through general direction and previous experience, may independently negotiate timelines with stakeholders to accommodate fluctuating workloads and demands.
    Position Responsibilities

    50%: Develop and maintain all backend protocols for company field intranet (Gameplan).
    20%: Provide programming support to add, change and update all data links to Gameplan and field views.
    10%: Work with business partners on requirements on data flow to stores (Performance Management Metrics, Loyalty Links, etc.).
    10%: Works with Manager of Communications to build requirements to efficiently post communications and surveys.
    10%: Provide updates and enhancements to store Scheduling Tool and store Payroll reporting.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelors degree.
    Minimum 4-5 years of experience in system and software development and usage.
    Expert user of Access, Excel and Lotus.
    Programming experience in Java Scripts.
    Experience in networking fundamentals.
    Attention to details.
    Good organization skills.

    I'm pretty sure we're still hiring for Support - did they ever get back to you? I'm guessing no... I'll bug 'em tomorrow if you haven't heard from them.
